Refund & Shipping Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our refund, return, cancellation, and shipping terms for services and products purchased from Tate Industries LLC. All amounts are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Services & Consulting
- Before work begins: if you cancel an approved engagement before work has started, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.
- After work begins: if you cancel mid-project, you are billed for work completed up to that point, and any unused balance is refunded.
- Satisfaction: if a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days and we will revise the work or provide an appropriate refund for the affected portion.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately, they are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided. If a digital product is defective, not as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will repair, replace, or refund it.
Physical Products
- Returns: unused physical products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us first to arrange the return.
- Damaged or incorrect items: if your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Return shipping: for non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
Shipping
- We ship physical products within the United States.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on your invoice before payment.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships, where available.
How to Request a Refund or Return
Email btate92@gmail.com with your order or invoice number and a brief description of the issue. We respond to refund and return requests within 2 business days.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
